Yes, usually. Follow the directions below: Access your My Account page. Click on the View Order History link. Click Cancel on the order you wish to cancel. Click Cancel My Order in the "Are you sure you want to cancel?" pop-up. Your order will now be canceled. The word "Cancelled" displays in the status field for that order. The Cancel Items button is grayed out.
For most products, yes—you can make design and text edits to your items up until we start printing your items. To edit items already ordered: Click My Account > Order History. If your items can be edited, you will see a "View/Edit" link. If you would like to edit your order but the option is not available online, or if you need to change something else about the order (such as quantity, paper stock/finish, ship speed) please contact us for assistance. Exceptions Certain products may not be able to be edited after your order is placed: Checks Some photobooks Digital products Mailing Services Design Services Products ordered on the Promotional Products tab If you need to make changes to one of these products after you have ordered, please contact us.
The moment you submit your order, we start working to get it to you as quickly as possible and it cannot be changed. Need it done even faster? We can't edit the shipping speed of an an existing order, but it may be possible to cancel your original order and apply the merchandise credit to a new order - with expedited shipping. To cancel your order, check out the Can I cancel my order? FAQ. Once your order is successfully cancelled, a merchandise credit for the order amount is applied to your account. Then you can reorder using the merchandise credit and select a faster shipping speed. If you would rather we do this for you, give us a call and we'll do everything possible to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Absolutely. We offer three-business-day shipping on Canada-bound orders placed before 6:00 p.m. ET (may be earlier for selected products). Some exceptions do apply. Express delivery is not available for orders that are shipping to a PO Box as well as some remote areas in CA. Please be aware that certain products may have rush delivery restrictions. During checkout, we will list available options based on your shipping address and order.
Yes. Most orders from Vistaprint can be tracked in your account: Click My Account. (If you are not signed in already, you will be prompted to do so.) Click View Order History in the "Account Tools" section. Click on the order number. A detailed receipt displays. Click the Track button in the "Actions" column. The tracking page for the delivery company opens and displays delivery information for your order. Note: a tracking link is also included in your shipment confirmation email.
